We work with developers to increase the asset value of their developments by providing fully connected “open access” fixed wire and wireless broadband, WiFi and Wimax infrastructure, where service providers pay a recurring rent to the developer to use this infrastructure.
Solutions include:
- KerbIT® - a revolutionary new highway kerb with integrated voids for drainage and utilities services. Fibre optic cables can be laid in these voids allowing FTTP and FTTH rollouts at dramatically reduced costs per house or premises passed.
- Slot Technology - a cost effective solution for laying fibre optic cables in existing developments without needing to dig up the highway.
Having deployed an FTTP / FTTH network in the development, Connected Real Estate is able to leverage additional value to the developer, through incremental revenues from bolt on services including:
